Eddie Rivera is a Florida native, U.S. Army veteran, broker, father of four, husband of 11 years, and a follower of Christ Jesus. After serving in the U.S. military as a signal support specialist and paratrooper, Eddie Rivera began his real estate career working for the Podvin Development Group. As the director of sales, Eddie Rivera sold over $80,000,000 worth of real estate in less than two years. As the real estate market declined and financing for condos in Florida ceased, developers reached out to Eddie to move inventory to his cash investors. Today, receivers and lenders utilize Eddie’s experience in the multifamily arena for asset disposition. Year to date, Eddie has closed on over 200 units, manages approximately 50 units, and has over 500 units under contract. Eddie Rivera is currently attending the University of Central Florida Real Estate Program in a continuing effort to provide his clients with a high degree of experience and knowledge.
